All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing retainer agreements, as outlined in your specific service contract.

2. User Responsibilities

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as specified in your agreement.
• Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the specific terms of your service agreement. In the event that a project is canceled after work has commenced, you may be liable for the cost of work already completed.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in a pause of services and may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our Site and in our deliverables are the property of Devlet Tech or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

• Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment for a project, you will own the final deliverables (e.g., website design, custom code, content).
• Retained Rights: Devlet Tech retains the right to use the deliverables in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (e.g., fonts, images, plugins) used in deliverables are subject to their own licenses and terms.

5. Confidentiality

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree to keep confidential information—including business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets—secure and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devlet Tech and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Site or services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party.

In no event shall Devlet Tech's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount paid by you to Devlet Tech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Service Interruptions

9. Indemnification

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be held in Texas.
